This year’s Global Cinema Film Festival of Boston (GCFF) has unveiled a unique theme for its 10th annual event: Films That Make Us Care. Featuring a variety of screenings made by indie, grassroots filmmakers from around the world, CFF: Films That Make Us Care will include short films, documentaries and much more. Each film will display a unique purpose, intention or thought made with a focus of care. Captivating in-person cinema screenings will take place at the West Newton Cinema Friday, May 16th — Sunday, May 18th, 2025.
Q&A Sessions
Like any good film festival, the Global Cinema Film Festival of Boston (GCFF) will present the audience with valuable Q&A Sessions with filmmakers and industry professionals. The idea of this component is to enrich the viewer’s overall experience and understanding of the films. A truly interactive experience, the Q&A Sessions foster a deeper connection between viewer and creator; opening up conversation about the human condition and the many experiences of life.
